HIGH-LEVEL CRAFT. LOW-EGO CULTURE.
Since 2011, we’ve focused on creating a culture where high-level work, community, and sustainable services + practices co-exist. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we provide the tools, education, and space you need to thrive. Come and see what growth with support can actually look like.

At The Establishment, we’re elevating the standard of hair artistry by integrating sustainable practices into every service with our long-standing partner, Aveda. You’ll collaborate with inspiring stylists on creative transformations, turning the guest experience into a purposeful connection. We believe in providing the space and the tools for you to push the boundaries of your artistry while making a meaningful impact on our industry.

We’re looking for licensed pros, stylists in training who want a mentor partnership, and front-of-house experts who are as passionate about the guest experience as they are about their own technical craft. You’ll thrive here if you value your independence but love the energy of a collaborative, team-driven environment where we actually help each other grow. We look for artists who are inspired by sustainable beauty and want to work with Aveda’s plant-powered chemistry. Most importantly, we want people who are ambitious, kind, and ready to contribute to a community that has been a Silver Lake staple since 2011.
-
We’ve built a culture where the craft is the priority, but the environment remains supportive and approachable. Here is how we show up for each other every day:
Accountability: We operate on an unwritten social contract: individual ownership is responsible for our collective success. We show up for the team as much as we show up for the chair.
Collaboration: Our most powerful arsenal is the word "we." We’ve ditched the gatekeeping for a culture where we share formulas, techniques, and ideas.
Community: We earn our community through active engagement. We love bringing people together for the sake of art, learning, laughing, or going down subculture rabbit holes.
Respect: This guides everything. We value ourselves, each other, our business, our guests, and the planet. No exceptions.
