Since 2004, the mission has been consistent: honor the craft, develop artists, and build spaces that strengthen the neighborhoods they serve. What began in Milwaukee in Flynn’s hometown, expanded to Silver Lake with the same Aveda-aligned Midwest roots, independent spirit, and long-term vision.

With the addition of Southpaw, the first Aveda Men’s salon in the world, the footprint grew intentionally, creating a connected ecosystem of small businesses rooted in creativity, hospitality, and community. Each space is designed to feel personal and alive, where guests experience not only exceptional hair services but a sense of belonging.

As a Green Circle Certified salon, sustainability is embedded in daily operations. Environmental responsibility, elevated guest experience, and thoughtful growth guide every decision.
